Over the past few years my work has developed through a mutual understanding of the materials available and my ideas. This development has taken me through many aspects of printmaking, from etching to screenprinting.

I find people fascinating, what they hide and what they show. I enjoy the speculation involved in people watching, trying to unearth the thoughts and desires that lie beneath the surface. The work has continually been based around this interest in conjunction with the relationship I share with my family, as this is something I can compare my discoveries to. Combining these with memories of the place in which I grew up.

I enjoy looking through old photographs both from my family and achive material,to uncover emotions within myself developing these into images, that combine all sources, to produce the work.
